1. Delivery & Shipping Fees

a. Delivery Times

Go NAT's aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As an item may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary. Delivery Lead time will be approximately 2 weeks for both local and international shipping as the goods are hand-crafted according to custom measurements and specifications.


b. Shipping Fees

At Go NAT's, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery. FREE shipping will be offered if you purchase from Go NAT's with total above HKD2000.


2. Delivery Requests

a. Missed Delivery

Missed a delivery from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of two delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. You can always find the contact or hotline of our delivery provider in the email once order has been shipped.


note: All parcels not delivered in 12 calendar days after shipped will be treated as failed delivery orders. Couriers will send back all failed delivered orders for return and refund if applicable. No reorder and redeliver will be arranged once parcels reached Go NAT's warehouse.


b. Delivery Partners

We work closely with UPS and Hong Kong local post to deliver your shipping to you. We are sorry to share that, presently, the selection of a preferred delivery partner at check-out is unavailable.


c. Special Delivery Request

You may contact our delivery partners to schedule your delivery or request for special delivery arrangements after you have received the tracking number for your order in your email. Please contact us at gonat_s@ngrishkova.com to make arrangements with our couriers. While our partners will do their best to accommodate your requests, we ask for your kind understanding that this may not always be possible. Go NAT's is working with our delivery partners to improve his, do bear with us!



3. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


a. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


b. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ngrishkova.com.


c. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



4. Exchanges

We only replace items of the are defective or damaged. If you need to exhange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ngrishkova.com and send your item to below address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
